Konveyör Bantları
Taşıyıcı konveyör bantları, malzemeleri bir noktadan diğerine taşımak için kullanılan uzun ve esnek malzemelerdir. Madencilik, tünel, liman, çimento, enerji santrali, üretim fabrikaları, kırma-eleme tesisleri gibi birçok endüstride kullanılan konveyörlerde bantlar çok önemli bir aktör konumundadır. Hem projede kullanılması öngörülen diğer sistemler ve malzemelere uygun, hem de taşınacak malzemenin kimyasal ve fiziksel yapısına uygun özelliklerde bant seçilmelidir. Yaygın olarak kullanılan taşıyıcı bant tiplerinden bazıları şu şekildedir:
Karkasına Göre Bantlar: Tekstil (Pamuk, Polyamit, Polyester, Aramit Dokulu) Bantlar. Çelik (Halat, Örgü) Bantlar.
Kaplamasına Göre Bantlar: Aşınmaya, Aleve, Isıya, Yağa dayanıklı bantlar.
Tırmanma Açısına Göre Bantlar: Düz yüzeyli, İnce profilli, Çavuş profilli, Esnek kenarlı paletli, Elevatör Bantlar.
Belt for Conveyor
Conveyor belts are long and flexible materials used to transport materials from one point to another. Belts are a very important actor in conveyors used in many industries such as mining, tunnels, ports, cement plants, power plants, production factories, crushing and screening plants. The belt should be selected both in accordance with the other systems and materials envisaged to be used in the project and in accordance with the chemical and physical structure of the material to be transported. Belts According to Carcass: Textile (Cotton, Polyamide, Polyester, Aramid Textured) Belts. Steel (Rope, Mesh) Belts.
Belts According to Coating: Abrasion, Flame, Heat, Oil resistant belts.
Belts According to Climbing Angle: Flat surface, Thin profile, Chevron profile, Flexible edge crawler, Elevator Belts.
